As part of my role at FOX61, I served as the lead headshot photographer for the on-air news team. I was responsible for both capturing and editing professional portraits used across broadcast, digital, and promotional platforms.

My approach focused on creating clean, flattering, and consistent imagery that aligned with the station’s visual identity. I worked with each subject to establish comfort and confidence in front of the camera, whether they were seasoned anchors or brand-new to the industry. The shoots were often fast-paced, requiring efficient lighting setup, direction, and post-processing.

All retouching and color correction was done in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, ensuring a polished and natural final image suitable for high-resolution and web formats.

This work helped strengthen my technical photography skills, refined my portrait editing workflow, and deepened my understanding of brand-consistent visual communication.
